Provide hands-on HR advice to approximately 300 employees across UK locations. Responsibilities include employee lifecycle administration, manager coaching, employee relations cases, payroll submissions, reward and benefits support, visa processes, absence management, HR data maintenance, and reporting. The role requires knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, confidentiality, HR systems, and employee relations processes.

Provide hands-on HR support to ~300 employees across 20 UK locations: manage full employee lifecycle, advise managers on ER cases, support investigations, payroll submissions, visa processes, absence management, and maintain HR records and reporting.

Lead resolution of complex, high-risk employee relations cases across UK & Ireland; ensure compliance, develop policies, drive continuous improvement, coach advisory team, partner with HR leadership and stakeholders to influence strategy and workforce outcomes.
