Provide hands-on HR advice and case management across manufacturing and office sites: manage employee relations (performance, absence, disciplinary, grievance), lead investigations, coach managers on UK employment law and change, deliver manager training, maintain case logs and absence data, support occupational health and union relations, and collaborate with HR Business Partners and Head of People Services.
