Lead resolution of complex, high-risk employee relations cases across UK & Ireland; ensure compliance, develop policies, drive continuous improvement, coach advisory team, partner with HR leadership and stakeholders to influence strategy and workforce outcomes.

The HR Advisor will manage complex employee relations cases, guide leaders through organizational changes, and ensure compliance with UK & I legislation while collaborating with the HR team on strategic projects.

Serve as primary HR contact for global clients across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, supporting onboarding/offboarding, drafting contracts, assisting payroll tasks, and collaborating on complex HR projects while improving processes and mitigating risk.
