Provide HR advice and operational support across the employee lifecycle with emphasis on employee relations. Manage disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance, investigations, and formal hearings; liaise with Occupational Health; support restructures, TUPE and site projects; maintain HR systems and data; use HR metrics to inform decisions and contribute to L&D, projects and engagement initiatives.

Lead resolution of complex, high-risk employee relations cases across UK & Ireland; ensure compliance, develop policies, drive continuous improvement, coach advisory team, partner with HR leadership and stakeholders to influence strategy and workforce outcomes.

Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees across locations, manage employee relations (absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance), support recruitment and talent development, ensure policy compliance and employment law adherence, contribute to employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives while building strong business relationships.
