As an End User Support Engineer, you will provide IT support across platforms, manage user processes, and ensure SLA compliance. In this role, you will troubleshoot Tier 2 technical issues for customers, assist in resolving both routine and novel problems related to 1Password's products, and mentor junior staff. As a Technical Support Tier II, you'll troubleshoot Tier 2 technical issues affecting customers, provide support via calls, and assist with CI/CD integrations and Extended Access Management. You'll also mentor junior staff and engage in problem solving to improve customer experience.
