Apprentice Management Accountant supporting the finance team while completing a Level 3 apprenticeship. Duties include processing supplier and customer invoices, reconciliations, bank and inventory postings, month-end journals, producing management reports and KPI information, assisting with budgeting/forecasting, VAT and audit support, and ad-hoc financial analysis. Manage end-to-end accounting and tax compliance across multiple entities, drive month-end/quarter/year-end close, analyse costs and variances, improve intercompany reconciliations and cost processes, produce board and lender reporting, support audits and statutory accounts, and partner with FP&A, Tax, Payroll and wider finance teams to strengthen controls and reporting.

Produce accurate, timely management reporting and cashflow forecasting for the Americas region. Analyse cash movements, support budgeting and statutory accounts preparation, maintain financial controls, and ensure integrity of regional financial results. Manage and develop a small team, liaise with stakeholders and the Regional Finance Business Partner, and present financial information clearly to varied audiences.

Lead UK monthly forecasting, produce Management and Board reports, reconcile actuals vs forecasts, assist consolidated balance sheet and audits, support ERP implementation, and improve finance processes while supporting Head of Finance with ad-hoc tasks.

Prepare monthly management accounts, perform balance sheet reconciliations, analyse overheads and cost variances, support budgeting and forecasting, manage accruals and prepayments, support audits and governance, contribute to Board packs, produce ad-hoc reports and ONS returns, and partner with stakeholders to provide financial insight and process improvements.

Produce timely, accurate monthly management accounts and P&L analysis for AAR sites; reconcile balance sheets, manage cash flow, and present results to managers and executives. Work with budget holders to prepare budgets and forecasts, support year-end audits and external auditors, drive process improvements and controls, and provide finance business partnering and support to senior finance leaders.

Support month-end close and management accounts for the Dutch business, ensure accurate revenue recognition, prepare reconciliations, maintain balance sheet and fixed asset records, support Dutch tax and VAT filings, and drive process improvements while liaising with internal and external stakeholders and supporting audits and statutory accounts.
