Lead customers in the application of Honeycomb and Observability practices to meet technical and business goals, become a subject-matter expert in Sampling, mentor engineering teams in Observability and SRE concepts, troubleshoot and develop solutions to customer issues, create reusable content, represent customers in internal meetings, and stay updated on Honeycomb technologies.
