Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions, from intake meetings, sourcing and screenings to offer negotiation.
  • Build and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to proactively build robust talent pipelines for talent pooling, competitor analysis and market mapping.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, providing transparent communication, personalised interaction and timely feedback.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, management, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a collaborative recruitment process.
  • Continue to evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition.
  • Stay on top of key performance metrics and use this data to evaluate and refine recruitment processes.
  • Act as an ambassador for diversity, equity and inclusion in all recruitment and talent initiatives.
  • Utilise social media to enhance brand visibility and attract high-calibre talent.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 8 years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the software or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing talent for GTM roles.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills: ability to build trust and credibility internally and externally.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Committed to fostering and encouraging diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment processes.
  • Agile and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth and global environment.
  • Additional language is appreciated.
