Gradually you will be building up knowledge of the different markets and the candidate landscape to further strengthen our global recruitment setup.

The role will entail a wide range of exciting responsibilities, and while the main focus will be on the recruitment process, including sourcing and pipelining, you will also:

Recruitment aficionado with a global mindset
First and foremost, recruitment is what you love to do! Your most significant traits are your high integrity and your interpersonal skills. Connecting to, communicating with and influencing others come naturally to you, and you know how to build, develop and maintain relations across countries and cultures. You are confident with managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and are used to working with search and sourcing as an integrated part of the recruitment process. Moreover, you:

As this is a newly established role, it is key that you are a self-starter and have a strong ability to know when to try and when to ask. As we are building a new setup, we are looking for someone with a strong sense for structure and the ability to implement it in their daily work. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is eager to take part in the journey and who wants to play a significant role in our global recruitment setup.
