The Role:

Join our growing People Experience team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and make a significant impact in global hiring. This role offers the opportunity to work across Europe, the UK, China, and the US, where you'll guide and influence hiring decisions within your business areas. You'll not only be part of a dynamic Talent Acquisition team but also contribute to broader business projects and initiatives that support our strategic goals.

Contract Details:

  • Fixed-term contract (12 months)
  • Hybrid working model (1-2 days per week in the office)

You will:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for global technical, corporate, and publishing roles, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with business areas, acting as a consultative partner in their team-building efforts.
  • Source and attract top talent through direct approaches, referrals, recruitment platforms, and social media tools.
  • Own the candidate experience, ensuring every interaction with Frontiers is positive and engaging.
  • Advocate for equity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop market insights and assist in creating hiring strategies for essential roles and locations.
  • Provide regular recruitment statistics and track progress against benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team on various projects and initiatives.

Essential skills

  • Proven experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing diverse talent attraction strategies.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment platforms, and social media tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, WeChat).
  • Strong customer service orientation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Results-driven mindset focused on enhancing recruitment processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, resilience under pressure, and experience managing high-volume hiring.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across departments while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred skills

  • Experience within an international organization.
  • Experience in managing recruitment in the APAC region (ideally China) or the US.
  • Technical hiring experience.
