We are seeking a certified Scrum Master who excels in building high-performing, cross-functional self-organizing teams and driving the implementation of Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) across product organization.

- Develop high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver maximum value to the customer. Guiding principle: customer-centricity.

- Continuously inspect flow efficiency, identify systemic issues, and initiate their resolution. Guiding principle: continuous improvement.
- Share and communicate principles and company values to newcomers. Guiding principle: lead by example.

- Experienced Lean/Scrum product organization
- Self-organized cross-functional product teams comprising mature professionals and team players.
- Well-trained agile practitioners.
- Experienced facilitators for all-scale events.
- Multi-cultural team members located in different countries.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING 💥
- 2+ years experience in tech companies.
- Mature attitude, emotional intelligence, growth mindset, and professional ethics.
- System thinking, lean thinking, LeSS, Kanban, team coaching, training, and facilitation skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of engineering practices will be an advantage.
