Job Details
- Continuously evaluate existing processes for efficiency improvements while maintaining compliance with internal policies/procedures, as well as applicable regulations/guidelines (e.g., GMP, ICH;GCP)
- GMP department databases, records and presentations.
- Identify opportunities for automation or digitization of manual processes
Support to the GMP dpt in the design of new manufacturing activities. Monitoring incidents in V10 and Trackwise (TWS).
- Opening in TWS and V10 of incidents, deviations and claims, CAPA related with GMP
- Follow-uo CAPA of inspections and audits
- Update and transfer of information about manufacturer audits in TWS. Prospecting and feasibility analysis of new vendors of the GMP department. Support in the department's IT development. Cooperation with Production dpt. for the workload of conditioning processes and release dates. Collaboration in the revision and execution of protocols and qualification and validation reports. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) teams, Production staff and regulatory affairs personnel to ensure seamless integration of clinical trial supplies/services into ongoing operations.
- Data analysis (microbiological monitoring of primary rooms).
