Company Description

We are looking for a junior manager who has the right experience and motivation to grow in this position, and who will be able to help us grow our retail brand Autohero into our next success story. The ideal candidate will have a highly analytical mindset, and be keen to increase their marketing knowledge across online and offline marketing channels such as OOH, Radio and Youtube. In this position you'll also be a key component in interpreting the performance of our brand advertising and creative strategy, and using those results to shape future creative decisions. This role will give you a wide overview of many components of digital and traditional marketing as you grow and develop in your career.

Job Description

  • Plan and set up performance-driven campaigns for our retail brand Autohero across OOH, Radio and other mass marketing channels such as YouTube.
  • Assist in data-driven analysis to uncover improvement and growth potentials by connecting campaign KPIs with core business data using our industry-leading tools.
  • Aid the team in the ongoing operational tasks of planning online and offline campaigns, including dealing with agencies, internal stakeholders and media houses
  • Develop data-based business cases for brand growth opportunities and establish strong relationships with media partners in the industry.
  • Collaborate with our creation and production department to support the creative development process based on data-driven insights
  • Help to drive growth by identifying, testing and scaling additional offline and online channels

Qualifications

  • 1+ Years experience in managing and expanding online or offline marketing, either in a media agency or tech company
  •  Ideally a degree in marketing, business administration or other related field - Strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for tackling analytical challenges by delving into large datasets using tools like Excel, SQL
  •  Attention to detail and a structured mindset, enabling you to manage multiple aspects of campaigns and projects effectively.
  •  High motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills (our business language is primarily English)
  • Any other european languages spoken is a plus
