Join us at JPMorgan & Chase Co. at our newest European hub for Chase bank, located in the heart of Berlin. In this exciting chapter of continued growth and expansion for Chase, we're looking for a passionate Senior Growth Marketing Manager.
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our company's expansion, spearheading strategic performance marketing initiatives. Your role will involve harnessing data-promoten insights to fine-tune marketing campaigns and deliver quantifiable business results. You will have the opportunity to devise and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies, work in tandem with cross-functional teams, and oversee marketing budgets
Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across performance marketing channels like Paid Search and Paid Social to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Work with the VP of Growth to set out high level growth strategies and manage central team governance controls, as well as internal processes and other planning initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, Mar Tech, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and enhance overall performance.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets together with centrally located media buying teams in London UK.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, with a strong emphasis on Google Marketing platform inventory and / or paid social channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data sets and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platform / Google Ads, Amplitude, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal German and English


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Preferably experience working in a heavily regulated business, along with operating in a complex organisation with multiple stakeholders.
