Role Overview:
Support in the delivery of global, multichannel marketing campaigns for JD, aligned to campaign and brand vision and strategy. Work closely with Campaign leads and cross-functional team to ensure smooth flow of information and comms across all relevant stakeholders, partners and departments.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Developing excellent working relationships with all stakeholders, partners & market/regional teams, working cross functionally.
  • Delivering administrative support i.e. saving all campaign files (creative, pre-production and final assets) on server, ensuring version control or managing campaign usage terms, notifying team once terminated to ensure all assets removed. Creating new templates and instruction manuals on how to complete correctly.
  • Assisting in report building, reaching out to relevant teams and stakeholders to gather relevant information for campaigns.
  • Assist in tracking campaign budgets, ensuring budgets are met and campaigns are cost-effective.
  • Managing ad-hoc requests from key stakeholders i.e. managing additional usage requests on imagery.
  • Co-ordinating with the key departments and local markets to develop and deliver detailed campaign critical paths and complete deliverables list – ensuring all key campaign timings and product stories are captured, kept up-to-date and aligned with other key marketing activity.
  • Ensuring smooth delivery of all assigned tasks/projects, delivered on time. Assisting with campaign timelines and chasing deadlines.
  • Communicating campaign status, escalating any potential issues and working to resolve
  • Proactively managing the JD Main Campaign calendar, diarising stakeholder meetings and presentations
  • Supporting in roll-out, working with Int’l land channel leads across Retail, Creative, VM, Studio, ODM and other channels.
  • Share suggestions and ideas with the team to enrich projects, sharing proactive research and discovered insights. Maintaining knowledge of the industry trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviour to inform campaign planning.
  • Utilise learnings, insights and knowledge gained on each project to inform and enhance each subsequent project.
  • Support sample management, working with the Buying team to ensure samples are received on time and are correct.
  • Assists in campaign pre-production planning for example comms with int’l and channel leads to collate deliverables and ensure needs are captured.

Skills / Experience / Knowledge needed:

  • Effective and personable communicator, spoken and written, to proactively organise, influence and build strong, positive working relationships. A real team player.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management skills, able to prioritise, multitask and work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
  • Solutions-orientated with proven ability to use initiative to attain swift successful outcomes.
  • Fluent English written & speaking. Additional languages an advantage.
  • Mac/PC literate; good working knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, Word, keynote/PPT.
