Job Description

We are looking for a senior growth manager to run the performance of the Wise referral program. Friend’s recommendation has been pivotal to Wise growth, you will have the opportunity to impact the performance of the largest acquisition channel of Wise. You will be working with both marketing and product teams to maximise performance of our refer a friend program across all countries where Wise operates in. 

About the role: 

  • You will be part of the organic growth marketing team helping Wise to lower costs of customer acquisition bringing us one step closer to mission 0. 

  • You will be in charge of launching and managing campaigns via our invite a friend platform. 

  • Launch a/b tests and new initiatives to engage further specific customer segments primarily for the consumer product but also Wise Business. 

  • Work closely with the product team to improve the experience as well as infrastructure of our referral program.

  • Accountable performance reporting working together with marketing and product analysts. 

  • Develop over time a regional approach able to take into account different behaviour of customers across multiple countries with the opportunity to build a regional team. 

Qualifications

About you: 

  • Previous experience working in large scale growth operations with a focus on referrals. Managing budgets and being accountable for growth performance of a referral program. 

  • Hands on experience when it comes to interpreting data and managing campaigns. 

  • Experience localising and running campaigns for a global company. 

  • Passionate about discovering why customers recommend a product, able to form hypotheses by talking directly to customers and use insights to boost the performance of the program. 

  • Ability to craft compelling messages and improve the recommendation experience both on web and mobile apps.
