Job Responsibilities:
As a HR Trainee, you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of HR at MAGNA. During the NextGen Talent Program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.
Who we are looking for
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to learn and take over responsibility
- First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in a HR department
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on HR, or Organizational Psychology or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
