During the NextGen Talent Program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Who we are looking for
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to learn and take over responsibility
- First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in a Logistics department
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Logistics, or Mechanical Engineering with a focus on logistics or similar
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
