  • Develop your understanding of our technology, products and global operations.
  • Build practical knowledge of industry regulations, ISO standards, safety and environmental best practice.
  • Potentially visit customer sites and experience engineering outside the office.
  • Spend three weeks in the USA in July 2027, giving you valuable international experience.
What we’re looking for

We value curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn. You’ll be:

  • Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • Entering your final year of study following the internship.
  • Technically curious and keen to develop your engineering knowledge.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with others.
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking on new challenges.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Living within commutable distance during the internship (45 minutes drive).
  • In possession of a full driving licence, as our Rutland facility is not accessible by public transport.
  • In possession of a valid passport and able to travel to and stay in the USA for three weeks during July 2027.

There may be an opportunity to secure a permanent position following your internship, giving you the chance to return and start your graduate career with us.
