Your key responsibilities as a Strategic Account Manager will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of strategic partnership client accounts, ensuring their long-term success and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Building in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses to provide the highest level of service and maximize opportunities.
  • Managing contract renewals, including price negotiations, and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Developing high-level relationships with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Providing feedback to internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and maintaining regular contact with clients.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Strategic Account Manager:

  • You must have previous sales or account management experience.
  • You will have effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You should have experience presenting and influencing credibly at all levels of an organization.
  • You need excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • You will be self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
