Job Description SummaryAs a technical product manager, you will be part of the Vernova Network Site Services team, acting as a lead technical product manager focusing on network build execution. Main objective will be managing the network build portfolio related to site network products.

Job Description
  • Lead the deployment of site network products for Vernova ensuring delivery to defined standards

  • Govern execution of build projects to meet timely delivery of build program portfolio within set budget

  • Work with network architecture and build teams to develop migration plans and assist in transforming the inherited network from GE to our new GE Vernova Site Services

  • Work closely with product engineers and network architecture function to define technologies for future state GE Vernova site services management – automation, monitoring, provisioning, vulnerability management, reporting. Work closely with network MSP to implement mentioned solutions.

  • Spearhead the design discussions for all Network site services and align closely to Network architecture principles.

  • Lead technical efforts to standardize and simplify site product offerings across all network products within GE Vernova.

  • Contribute to the designs and deployment of network infrastructure solutions meeting standardization, consolidation, total cost of ownership, security, regulatory compliance and application system qualities.

  • Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with great experience in managing network related major program delivery

  • Experience:

    • Major experience in product delivery, technical program management, or similar roles

    • Proven end-to-end delivery of complex network infrastructure/telecom products or platforms

    • Demonstrated ability to balance scope, timeline, budget, and quality under pressure

    • Deep understanding of Cisco Product Portfolio

    • Solid knowledge of switching and routing technologies

    • Proven ability to translate complex network concepts into business terms (availability, risk, cost, timelines)

    • Experience in defining and tracking network-specific KPIs

    • Understand key cross-functional concepts that impact the organization

      Is aware of business priorities and organizational dynamics.

    • Strong customer service orientation; obsessed with customer experience

    • Familiar with concepts of costing hardware and software components.

    • Works to assure work is on-time and within budget.

    • Delivers tasks on-time with alignment to architectural goals.

    • Can identify and raise issues, risks and benefits.

    • Participates in change initiatives by implementing new directions and providing appropriate information and feedback.
