We are seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Architect with deep expertise in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role sits at the intersection of advanced technology strategy, client advisory, and high-impact delivery. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, both internally and on the client side, to design and deliver sophisticated technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Complex Solution Design: Architect scalable, secure, and modern technology solutions tailored to the unique needs of large BFSI clients, including core banking systems, digital payments, risk & compliance, and AI-powered customer experiences.
- Act as Trusted Advisor: Engage C-level and senior business/technology leaders to understand strategic goals, assess challenges, and translate them into actionable technology roadmaps.
- Own Pre-Sales & Commercial Support: Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Practice leaders to shape compelling proposals and RFP responses. Provide solution estimates, technical risk assessments, and cost-benefit analysis for multi-million-dollar engagements.
- Drive Technical Excellence: Set architectural standards and governance for large-scale engagements. Oversee proof-of-concepts, technical workshops, and solution validations.
- Collaborate & Mentor: Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and DevOps. Mentor junior architects and solution engineers to strengthen Wizeline’s technical community.
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture roles, with at least 5 years focused on BFSI clients.
- Proven track record working with Fortune 100 or equivalent financial institutions on large-scale transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of modern BFSI technology domains, such as digital banking, payments, financial risk systems, regulatory frameworks, or insurtech.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in pre-sales, RFPs, solution scoping, and technical proposals for deals in the $5M–$20M range.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence executive decision-makers and lead technical conversations with confidence.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), data modernization, or AI/ML applications in BFSI.
- Nearshore or distributed team leadership experience is a plus.
- Willing to travel and support business across the US and EMEA regions.
