This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Revenue Operations team as a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, driving sales strategy execution, reporting, forecasting and analysis to provide the leadership team with valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth across APJ.



About The Role

  • Proven experience in business partnering with senior leaders to deliver forecasts, plans and goals
  • Create, own and deliver on sales management frameworks and governance models including but not limited to forecasting, business reviews and strategic planning processes
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, reports and tools to support a rapidly expanding business
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and participate in projects and deep dives as needed
  • Partner with regional and global Revenue Operations to own, drive and execute business efficiency improvement projects
  • Promote self-service through enablement, reporting, simplification and automation



Requirements

  • This is a hands on role, you must be a self-starter and willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver results
  • 5-8 years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations in B2B technology sales
  • Experience with administration and configuration of Salesforce flows, formulas, custom views, reports and dashboards
  • Proven ability to build relationships and business partner with senior leaders across different functions within the company
  • Experience owning and running Annual Planning Cycles which includes strategy planning, hiring and capacity planning, territory planning and change management
  • Knowledge of BI Tools and SQL preferred
