Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and manage integrated marketing campaigns for Logistics UK’s portfolio of services and events.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage ‘always-on’ media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop compelling content and marketing collateral to drive lead generation.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance to optimise results.
  • Act as a Marketing Business Partner, working with internal teams to support business development and sales efforts.
  • Oversee the creation of brochures, email campaigns, digital assets, videos, PPC content, and social media materials.
  • Collaborate with teams across PR, events, and digital to create cohesive, high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts comply with regulations and best practices.
  • Manage external agencies and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide training and briefings to sales and business development teams on marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B marketing, with expertise in planning, executing, and measuring multi-channel campaigns.
  • Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of PPC, display advertising, LinkedIn marketing, and lead generation tactics.
  • Data-Driven: Familiarity with Google Analytics and CRM tools for tracking campaign success.
  • Creative Flair: Excellent copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with senior leaders, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Problem Solver: Proactive mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: High standards of accuracy in all marketing materials and communications.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in logistics, retail, or manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of membership organisations.
  • Event planning and trade show experience.
  • Marketing qualifications or a relevant degree.
