Job Description:

Senior Marketing Executive

Bupa Place, Salford Quays M50 3SP hybrid – 2 days per week in the office

Permanent

Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Salary £27500 - £34500 depending on experience

You’ll put the customer at the heart of your thinking and be performance driven – as well as aspire to create content and customer journeys that bring to life the Bupa brand to drive acquisition and engagement.

This is a key role, promoting the Bupa UK PMI products and services so that our customers experience a fully integrated proposition both on and offline.

How you’ll help us make health happen

  • Support the Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager in delivering activity to achieve the agreed PMI acquisition targets across all above the line and below the line channels (APC framework) to deliver the UKI strategy
  • Build strong links with colleagues in other functional areas and understanding the relevant business processes to deliver campaigns within timescale and budgets
  • Work with media agency to develop the acquisition plans and deliver against them. 
  • Work closely with the digital team and understand our core digital channels social / display / PPC / SEO to challenge plans and strategies
  • Support in ensuring regular reporting is maintained and circulated to key stakeholders
  • Lead and run acquisition projects that meet agreed commercial objectives and delivery deadlines to drive results.
  • Lead on and create content to support business objectives and ensure content customers journeys are continuously optimised.
  • Ensure we align to our business strategy that all communications fulfil our overall strategy objectives
  • Work with the wider Marketing Team to ensure that all direct marketing communications are following the appropriate processes to adhere to copy clearance, legal, compliance and brand guidelines.
  • Brief creative agencies, review and judge copy and creative, and help to deliver on and offline direct marketing communications
  • Liaise confidently and get buy-in from wide-ranging departments and stakeholders

  • Superb interpersonal and cross-team and cross-functional relationship building skills
  • A creative problem solver and expert in digital content production and content engagement
  • Passionate about delivering the very best performance driven communications to our prospects. 
  • Experienced in digital media channels - especially programmatic and social media - with media buying experience
  • Highly results driven, with an ability to analyse and articulate performance of campaigns and make recommendations on how to optimise performance and learning for the future
  • Able to articulate clear and insight driven briefs to deliver optimum creative solutions
