THE ROLE

Join a central team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering product, tech, sales, and ops to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.

We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Marketing Executive to join our London team and play a key role in driving Genius Sports’ B2B marketing strategy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll contribute to large-scale event activations, multi-channel campaigns, and a wide range of initiatives spanning email, social media, paid media, content creation, and more. This is a varied, hands-on role for a self-starter with a passion for sports or sports betting, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring fresh ideas to the table. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, and Product to create stand-out campaigns, deliver engaging content, and support business growth through new opportunities and stronger customer relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• 4+ years’ marketing experience, ideally with a B2B focus.

• Strong understanding of CRM marketing, paid media, and events marketing.

• Experience using Salesforce and Pardot (preferred, not essential).

• Excellent short- and long-form copywriting skills.

• Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong time management, organisation, and attention to detail.
