About our role
We seek a results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team, driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Triptease.

  • Lead demand generation initiatives to drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads through strategic, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Optimise existing channels such as email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC, while exploring new opportunities to expand reach and improve ROI.
  • Leverage data-driven strategies, including first-party and third-party data, to create personalised campaigns and employ Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics to engage key accounts.
  • Drive conversion rates with A/B testing and data analysis while managing lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel and re-engage dormant leads.
  • Oversee the health of the marketing funnel and database, ensuring targeted and efficient campaign execution.
  • Accelerate the use of AI and automation in marketing efforts by developing expertise in cutting-edge technologies. Initiate innovative projects and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, and Events teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives and enhance customer experiences.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across diverse channels, including content marketing, direct mail, and out-of-home media. Measure and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders to optimise results.
Requirements

About You:

  • 4+ years of B2B digital marketing experience.
  • Expertise in HubSpot and automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of ABM tactics and hyper-personalisation.
  • Experience with multi-channel strategies
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to initiating projects.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and database optimisation.
