Department OverviewMotorola Solutions Finance Operation Service Center is a center of Motorola in Kraków which gives you an opportunity to participate in a setup of the new organization. The center is a part of our global network of Finance Operation Centers (FOC) which provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US, and Latin America region. It is a dynamic environment where your ideas and input will be valued and where you will do some of the best work of your life.
The Treasury Department is responsible for managing liquidity of the company. The main goal of our EMEA Treasury Department is to ensure the company has enough money to fund its operations. We are responsible for investing excess cash, risk reduction through various strategies as well as relationships with banks. We support EMEA business teams through monitoring cash positions and needs, payment authorization and bank guarantees.

Basic Requirements

Requirements:

• Up to 1 year experience in Finance (including internship)

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Banking or similar studies

• Strong Excel skills in data compilation and analysis

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Analytic and technical skills combined with the ability and desire to get into the details 

• Ability to be a strong team player and to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, in multiple locations and other departments

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality, with tight deadline

• “Can do” positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm
