About the Role:

Our Sales Team has experienced significant growth and we are excited to hire an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to support, coach and develop the sales function at SciLeads! In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership to align training programmes with SciLeads strategy and goals. You will be responsible for analysing, designing and developing comprehensive training programmes for both new and existing SciLeaders.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Designing and delivering end to end comprehensive sales training programmes effectively
  • Develop a comprehensive onboarding and sales process training programme for new hires
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to new hires to accelerate their ramp-up time and ensure their success
  • Utilise a variety of training methods, such as presentations, role-playing, case studies and e-learning modules, to maximise learning outcomes
  • Work closely with sales leadership to track team performance
  • Conducting a training needs analysis to evaluate and identify areas for development
  • Use data analytics and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness


Essential Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience in a Sales Enablement Manager or similar role, ideally within the science industry
  • Experience designing and delivering end to end comprehensive onboarding and sales training programmes effectively 
  • Experience delivering high-quality training sessions virtually 
  • A proactive approach to evaluating training programs and ensuring continuous improvement to improve performance 
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisation skills
  • Based in the United Kingdom


Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Learning Management systems 
  • Familiarity with sales training methodologies such as the Sandler methodology
