The Sales Operations Lead is a pivotal role dedicated to driving Xero’s growth within the US market by ensuring our sales operations are efficient, compliant, and strategically aligned. You will lead critical efforts in sales forecasting, territory management, and segmentation models that directly contribute to our mission of making small business more beautiful.
By serving as the focal point for reporting and sales queries, you will implement streamlined processes and quarterly improvement projects. Your work ensures that our sales leadership has the insights and operational integrity needed to achieve revenue targets and deepen engagement across our key partner segments.
The team / how they connect
You will join a talented Sales Operations team, working closely alongside a Senior Sales Operations Analyst and reporting to the Head of Sales Operations. This collaborative group functions as a bridge between Sales and Finance, tapping into global expertise to land local initiatives that enhance our service offering.
The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on
Designing and executing business strategies for the US partner channel to ensure profitable and efficient operations.
Managing the accuracy of weekly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting data to support long-term strategic goals.
Refining the frequency-based partner segmentation model to enhance performance insights and decision-making.
Supporting the implementation and team-wide utilisation of Salesforce to drive data-led sales excellence.

The expected base salary range for this role in:
California, New York and Washington: $135,000 to $155,000
All other States: $116,000 to $145,000
Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
