Recruitment Resourcer – Agile Talent Team

We work very closely with our internal stakeholders to make sure they have the right flexible talent as and when needed to support our clients.

 A look into the role

As a Recruitment Resourcer within our Agile Talent Team, you will:

  • Work with the Agile Talent recruitment team to source external interim talent across a variety of skills sets. Utilising various resourcing tools as required, such as LinkedIn

  • Assessing candidates profiles against needed skills

  • Speaking to prospective candidates to understand their skills and suitability in relation to the agile talent community

  • Supporting the recruiters in setting up interviews between stakeholders and candidates

  • Writing advertisement copy and posting vacancies utilising a variety of tools

Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as a Recruitment Resourcer the minimum criteria you’ll need is demonstrable resourcing and recruitment experience gained from a fast paced commercial organisation. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

  • Experience from working within a fast paced in-house talent or resourcing function

  • Experience of resourcing multiple roles within a professional services environment

  • Ideally experience of using resourcing tools such as LinkedIn recruiter to source talent

  • Strong organisation and time management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
