THE ROLE
AG1 is seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and energetic Project Manager to join the Brand Creative Operations team. This person finds creative solutions to guide, structure, and provide organization and is a curious and efficient problem solver. As a Project Manager at AG1, you will identify and implement processes and manage schedules across platforms like Slack, Asana, and our Digital Asset Management platform. In this role, you will aim to create an environment where collaboration and innovation thrive. Your strategic insights, organizational skill,s, and management acumen will play a key part in the ongoing growth and success of the Brand and Creative team. The ideal candidate is an adaptable, proactive team player with a keen eye for detail —they will be integral to the efficient and effective operation of the Brand Marketing and Creative team
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide project management support to the Brand Creative team, ensuring smooth project execution from concept to delivery
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing leads and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve processes
- Oversee timelines, day-to-day deliverables and communicate project statuses and ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and activities
- Organize and facilitate project intake, meetings and feedback session to ensure alignment with successful project outcomes
- Partner with Brand Creative operations team and cross-functional partners to create and deliver operational excellence across the team
- Maintain the daily flow of work, ensuring teams have the necessary resources and information for successful project completion
- Track and report on project status, identify any risks or bottlenecks and address issues properly
- Continually look for opportunities to enhance processes and recommend improvement to Director, Brand Creative Operations
- Monitor team resources across projects and escalate bandwidth constraints as they arise
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in a highly functioning, cross-functional environment.
- Marketing and/or creative management background (including projects within creative concepts, design, writing, retail, event, digital, social, media, broadcast, and communications).
- Understanding of creative processes and what marketing teams need to produce best-in-class work
- Strong ability to problem-solve as challenges arise
- Documented success and experience delivering multi-dimensional marketing and creative projects
- Someone who is curious wants to learn and contribute to a collaborative team. A builder of ideas and processes who thinks outside the box.
- Clear and concise communication and organization skills, ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Asana / Slack / Google Suite / InDesign / Keynote
- Passion for wellness, sport, culture, music, design, technology
- Adaptability, speed, and a consistent “can-do” attitude in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation and benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $87,500-$111,500 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
