The Product Manager will lead Cryptoprocessing product development, enhancing client satisfaction, managing backlogs, and driving strategic planning while collaborating with teams.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of our main Cryptoprocessing product, that comprises merchants' users experience, transactions processing and clients integration. In this role, you’ll have opportunity to apply your experience, skills and creativity to directly influence and improve the clients satisfaction and contribute into achieving goals of the company.
This role involves collaborating closely with customer-facing teams to understand client needs and identify opportunities for profit growth. You will be responsible for preparing and prioritizing the backlog based on these insights, while working with the product development team to create and deliver solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in strategic planning and goals of the product line.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, including priorities and timelines.
- Monitor the market and competitors, collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to identify clients needs, uncover new opportunities and enhancements, and launch new features.
- Describes and validates the business logic of solutions working with business analysts, designers and engineers.
- Product backlog ownership, prioritisation and decision making regarding the functionalities that should be implemented based on company goals and value maximisation.
- Work closely with development team providing them strategic vision, goals and milestones, explaining business value of solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of product increments.
- Identify and address problems promptly to ensure smooth product development.
- Foster involvement of Engineering into Business plans, keeping right focus, development of Product culture, establishment and improvement of the processes.
- Transparency for stakeholders and clients regarding plans and their development.
- Features usage and product metrics analysis, users awareness improvement.
Requirements:
- 2+years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in Fintech, Payments, Crypto or B2B domains.
- Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, including experience in guiding projects from concept to delivery and coordinating across various stages of development.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, engineering, designers, and various internal departments, to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
- Skilled in evaluating and prioritizing requests from multiple teams, balancing competing needs, and making data-driven decisions to deliver the most impactful solutions.
- Strong negotiations skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess system requirements and user workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and roadmap execution.
- Experience in creating solutions that involve complex Business logic, strong UI/UX, seamless API integrations.

- Understanding crypto payments operations, blockchain principles.
- Experience in related areas such as: financial, compliance, operational.
- Data analysis and BI tools: skills in working with business intelligence tools and building reports.
