Job Title: Product Designer
Salary: £43,600 - £45,000 doe.
Location status: Hybrid working
Location: Media City, Salford Quays
Permanent/fixed term contract: Permanent
Shift pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional digital experiences for our customers in the UK. You will be part of a passionate and talented multi-disciplinary experience design team, working collaboratively to design and shape unique, customer-centric experiences from concept to launch. Your work will directly support our mission by delivering human-centred solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design for Bupa.co.uk and other browser-based experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Translate customer insights into compelling and seamless customer experiences in line with our brand.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver design solutions within project timeframes.
  • Contribute to playbacks, design crits, and other communities of practice sessions to highlight your discipline’s work, enable constructive feedback, and elevate the quality of the craft.
What We’re Looking For
  • Passionate about designing great customer experiences across multiple products and services.
  • Experience delivering user interface designs in fast-paced organisations and creating assets for user testing and concept communication.
  • Good knowledge of an end-to-end, double diamond process.
  • Positive attitude in workshop settings, with a willingness to get involved and contribute.
  • Strong empathy for user needs and a willingness to explore ideas and implement a ‘test and learn’ approach before launch.
