The Role

We are seeking Principal UX / Product Designers (10+ years’ experience) who will shape the future of financial services by leading transformative projects, guiding clients to innovative solutions, and inspiring teams to deliver experiences that impact millions worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Strategically lead large-scale, complex customer experience and design engagements, aligning business goals with exceptional design.
- Create and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
- Identify and lead opportunities with clients, structuring and resourcing engagements to address their challenges.
- Provide thought leadership, drive innovation, and advance Capco’s design methodologies and practices.
- Mentor and coach designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Core skills
- Track record of exceptional strategic leadership and advanced expertise in UX/UI design.
- Proven track record in senior-level consulting or agency delivery, particularly within financial services.
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, digital product innovation, and stakeholder management.
- Superior communication and interpersonal influencing skills.

- Advanced understanding of psychology, human factors and experimental design.
- Expertise with cutting-edge A.I. design tools and methodologies.

- Comprehensive knowledge and experience within financial services.
- Advanced academic qualifications (HCI, Psychology, Product Design, etc.).
