The Opportunity
We’re looking for a visionary ‘Product Designer - AI Creator’. A hybrid blend of product designer, AI-enabled prototyper, and design systems thinker. You’ll own and scale Stardust, our AI-native, brand-led design system, while also:
Creating AI workflows that enable faster, smarter product creation.
Bringing our brand refresh into product, marketing, and launch moments.
Defining a motion language that makes our product feel alive and dynamic.
Influencing interaction patterns and components to deliver a frictionless, accessible UX.
Partnering with PMM to tell compelling product stories in video and motion.
This is a pioneering, first-of-its-kind multi-disciplinary role - you’ll be one of the first AI Creators at Multiverse. Agentic means design systems built for AI collaboration, so agents can generate, assemble, and refine UI using structured prompts and our in-house MCP AI brain, not just human input.
An ‘AI Creator’ is a role that uses AI agents to unlock full-stack product creation in a blended role. You’ll reimagine how traditional roles evolve in the AI era, sharing responsibility for product management, roadmaps, metrics, and stakeholder comms. You’ll work with AI tools that take care of repetitive tasks, freeing you to focus on creativity, craft, storytelling, and taste leadership. You’re not just designing components, you’re re-defining how human creativity, brand, accessibility, and AI collaborate to make our product more dynamic, alive, and frictionless.
What You’ll Do
Design interfaces that elevate brand, accessibility, and emotional impact.
Scale Stardust into a complete, consistent component library with full-page layouts and interaction patterns.
Extend the design system to include motion and AI-specific interaction patterns.
Prototype internal design workflows using AI tools, metadata, and creative automation.
Build our first in-house Design System MCP to enable prompt-able brand guidelines and UI flows.
Lead end-to-end design from discovery through to polished execution.
Apply the refreshed brand across in-product and marketing surfaces.
Share stories, demos, and updates to inspire adoption.
About You
8+ years designing UX and UI for software (bonus: AI or ML-driven products).
Systems thinker with a passion for and experience scaling at least two design systems.
Strong craft in UI, motion, video, and brand expression (Lottie, AE, Final Cut, Capsule, Rive etc)
Experience in rapid prototyping (Figma, Framer, Webflow, Replit, Lovebale etc.).
Curious and proactive in experimenting with AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Cursor, Midjourney, GPT).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Comfortable shaping problems into clear, actionable goals.

MVP of Design System MCP launched and adopted.
80%+ design system adoption across the tech org.
