Your role at Dynatrace
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, detail-focused, and dynamic product communication expert to elevate our product narrative. This senior-level role will help lead day-to-day operations of the Strategic Product Communication team; fostering collaboration and driving and delivering narrative, either hands-on or by ensuring impactful decisions that align with our high-level strategy in both written and design activities.

  • Drive the creation and execution of strategic product communication frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and technical teams to craft crisp, value-driven narratives.
  • Direct and manage product keynotes, announcements, and user conference messaging.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all product communication assets.
  • Translate technical concepts into compelling business value propositions.
  • Possess a keen eye for design and written language, demonstrating agility and willingness to go beyond and deliver exceptional outputs.
  • Mentor and inspire a team of designers and communication managers to achieve high performance.
