As a Paid Media Manager – Marketplaces (Amazon), you’ll:

  • Develop and execute marketplace-specific paid search strategies (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and utilise advanced bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with Marketplace and Content teams to optimise product listings for greater ad relevance.
  • Monitor and refine budgets, ad copy, and targeting to meet ACOS/TACOS targets and revenue goals.
  • Analyse performance data and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and share insights across the Paid Media team.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience with paid search, including 2 years focused on marketplaces.
  • Proven proficiency with tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Helium 10, and Pacvue.
  • Strong analytical skills, including budgeting and reporting on metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively share insights and strategies.
  • Demonstrable leadership or mentoring experience within a team setting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
