Primary Purpose: The Online Content Coordinator owns the online content calendar and strategy for Coach and Kate Spade New York UK & EU sites, ensuring content is reflective of the brands, current priorities, and drives trade initiatives and the onsite customer experience.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Ecommerce to:
- Own the UK & EU online content calendar and strategy for Coach and Kate Spade, sharing weekly content performance reports, content analysis and A/B testing
- Proactively manage the timeline for online content, ensuring the timely delivery of information/assets from all key stakeholders
- Manage the briefing and sign-off process for online content, partnering with Buying, Merchandising, Performance Marketing, Web Production & Creative teams
- Add site specific localisation to all briefs and content requests
- Ensure UK & EU site content supports product investment per season as well as key commercial events/campaigns
- Partner with E-commerce Merchandisers to review weekly trade and ensure content supports trade needs
- Attend weekly E-commerce team meetings to share insights on content performance
- Partner with the Content & Production Manager & Senior Web Production Coordinator and support the production of content across UK & EU sites
The accomplished individual will possess:
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an e-commerce or digital focused role
- Passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce, staying up to date on the latest trends, technologies and best practices
- Experience using Google Analytics to measure and analyse site performance and user behaviour
- Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and a strong sense of urgency
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and takes initiative
- Highly analytical and confident using Excel for data manipulation
- Commercial and results driven mindset
- Strong organisation, communication and presenting skills
- Able to work autonomously and as a strong team player
- Ability to act quickly and efficiently to last minute requests and changes
An outstanding professional will have:
- Experience using e-commerce platforms and tools including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Amplience, Figma and Photoshop
- Project management experience
