What you’ll do:

· In partnership with the marketing team, develop a seller sourcing strategy and calendar of events to generate qualified leads aligned with our marketplace partners' expansion plans.

· Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and marketplace partners to deliver a seamless, end-to-end onboarding journey for referred sellers.

· Lead planning processes, including seller onboarding forecasting, performance tracking, market growth analysis, and expected GMV.

· Develop and manage strong, trust-based relationships with global e-commerce marketplace partners.

· Act as a domain expert in cross-border e-commerce: understand seller lifecycles, pain points, and growth opportunities.

· Use data insights to shape service evolution and strengthen partner engagement.

· Drive seller growth through consultative selling and long-term partnership strategies.

· Achieve and exceed revenue and retention targets.


Who you are:

· 3+ years of experience in account/partner management or business development in the e-commerce or technology space

· Strong analytical and planning skills; ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies.

· Proven track record in securing and managing enterprise-level partnerships.

· Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and multi-tasking environment.

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a relevant field.

· Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

· Highly organized with the ability to triage priorities and manage complex projects.

· Experience in designing and leading scalable partner programs.
