Marketing Executive – Printworks, Manchester
Manchester’s favourite entertainment destination has entered an exciting new chapter following a multi-million-pound transformation. Home to the largest digital ceiling in Europe, Printworks blends leisure, hospitality and immersive digital experiences at the heart of the city.
We’re now recruiting a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of a class-leading marketing strategy across digital, onsite and experiential channels.
The Role
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns that drive footfall, engagement and customer experience. This is a hands-on role covering digital execution, content, events, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Support digital, social and website marketing activity (including copywriting)
Assist with onsite events, activations and content creation
Manage the Printworks App, Gift Card scheme and CRM/email activity
Monitor online reviews, customer enquiries and digital screen content
Support reporting, analytics and budget tracking
Liaise with brands, tenants and the wider centre team
Deputise for the Marketing Manager when required
About You
2+ years’ marketing experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Strong digital marketing and organisational skills
Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
Interest in experiential, place-based and digital marketing
Good knowledge of Manchester and its cultural scene
Desirable
Marketing qualification
Basic design, photography or smartphone video skills
CRM or email marketing experience
