What you will do

As an Inside Sales Representative reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will engage with customers, quote, and secure orders for labour and materials from a queue of service technician leads.

How you will do it

  • Conduct introductory calls to customers to identify their needs, generate quotes, and close sales.

  • Utilize appropriate pricing tools to produce accurate quotes for customers.

  • Engage effectively with suppliers to support sales initiatives.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by managing expectations and providing regular updates.

  • Make follow-up calls to secure orders within designated time frames.

  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

What we look for

Required

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; training will be provided for internal systems.

  • Experience in customer support or sales.

  • Outstanding sales skills over the phone.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing individual workload.

  • Highly organized and self-motivated to contribute to the overall team goal.

  • Ability to work towards targets and meet set KPIs.

Preferred

  • Product knowledge in the fire suppression, HVAC, or fire & security business.
