Internal Sales Consultant

What You Will Do

Our inside sales team is responsible for supplying quotes, engaging with customers to sell and secure orders for labour and materials, and processing all orders through to our planning team to ensure timely bookings with our customers.

How You Will Do It

  • Make introduction calls to customers to identify their needs, complete quotes, and close sales.

  • Produce accurate quotes for customers using correct pricing tools.

  • Engage with suppliers to facilitate order fulfilment.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, including timely updates to customers.

What We Look For

Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • A strong ability to provide a customer-first experience.

  • Personable, willing to learn, and a genuine team player.

  • Ability to meet targets and KPIs while managing your own workload.

  • Computer literacy in Outlook, Word, Excel, and internal systems (training provided).

Preferred:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, call centres, helpdesk, sales, or customer service.

  • Knowledge or experience in B2B sales or the HVAC and Fire and Security industry is an advantage.
