As an Internal Account Manager you will join our current co-workers in providing an exceptional customer experience, while allowing you the opportunity to grow your career within Distribution.

Do you enjoy speaking to customers and establishing concrete relationships? Are you conscientious and willing to go the extra mile? We are looking for individuals who can build and maintain customer relationships whilst assisting the business to drive growth and profitability.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships

  • Communicating with customers via telephone

  • Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers

  • Providing product information, pricing, special offers and promotions

  • Ensuring TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers

  • Selling the benefits of using TD SYNNEX

  • Achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in Account Management or Sales

  • A self-starter

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to build customer relationships and an excellent telephone manner

  • Goal orientated with an appetite to succeed

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
