Job Description SummaryThe Marketing Ultrasound Manager (f/m) is responsible for developing, executing and sustaining the GE Healthcare strategic initiatives across the segments within Iberia LCT. This involves identifying, evaluating and prioritizing growth opportunities across the segments, building the long term strategy and leading the activation of the strategy through the establishment of programs and initiatives that will be driven in partnership with the Commercial & Segment teams. This role also drives alignment around market trends & share performance, competitive insights and opportunities for investment. Within this responsibility this role will act as manager of the marketing team members within Ultrasound Iberia business unit a mix of direct & indirect reporting lines.
This position reports direct to the HCS Marketing Director of GE Healthcare Iberia.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

  • Identify mid-term (1-3 years) market, clinical, customer and competitive trends, within Iberia that will influence the commercial strategy for GE HealthCare and provide guidance & prioritization on how to prepare for / pre-empt trends in order to define the strategy for accelerated business growth.

  • Establish and drive growth & marketing programs (incl. Omnichannel programs) across Iberia to activate and operationalize the strategy, in partnership with Commercial teams - key metrics will be share, leads, opportunities and orders; drive high quality marketing activities (digital, events) for the LCT with the goal to grow funnel through qualified leads.

  • Identify out-of-the-box, innovative solutions and services that could help drive competitive advantage in the Iberian market (e.g., developing business case for pursuing new business models, programs)

  • Own KOL and thought leadership objectives and programs for Ultrasound business and work with International segments leader to localize positioning

  • Partner with regional modalities, zones, institutional leadership, & commercial teams to support execution of key initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field

  • Experience (7+yrs) in field marketing or product marketing and Omnichannel Marketing planning & activation

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, market, and execute programs including documentation, presentations, data, metrics analytics

  • Customer oriented with proven skills to lead teams and shape a marketing strategy

  • Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)

  • Operational mindset and ability to translate strategy into action, with strong sense of urgency to drive outcomes with speed and efficiency

  • Knowledge on Digital platforms and tools, Saleforce (SFDC), Marketo, Power BI..

  • Ability to analyze & assess macro trends and broader implications to healthcare and translate that to marketing programs

  • Oral and written communications skills in English and Spanish

  • Willingness to travel within territory for Customer and tradeshows when applicable.

Desired Characteristics

  • Prior experience in Healthcare industry

  • Prior experience in roles with demonstrated team orientation & ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross- functional teams in matrixed settings

  • Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desire and ability to communicate effectively using local language).
