Job Title: Global Marketing Manager
Contract: Fixed Term – 12 months
Hours: 25 hours per week (part-time)

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Global Training Marketing Team based on a fixed term contract of 12 months.

The Global Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in the success of our Training business by shaping our global marketing strategy, successfully planning and executing marketing campaigns across our global portfolio.

About the role

In this role, you will champion our training product portfolio, working collaboratively across the global marketing function to ensure our group commercial training portfolio matches market needs through the effective use of multichannel marketing techniques.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Produce launch plans for new training offerings including target audience and key markets/countries.

  • Shape and manage both partnerships and marketing strategies to expand our market reach.

  • Develop annual marketing plans building on past successes and learnings.

  • Produce and/or update global campaigns-in-a-box for country and region use.

  • Focus on key strategic areas and the core generating portfolio of the training divisions.

  • Proactively support local market implementation of marketing campaigns to maximise global revenue.

  • Continually measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns through data and feedback.

  • To own and maintain relevant training case studies and testimonials to support relevant product launches and on-going promotion.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • At least 10years’ direct marketing experience, preferably in commercial events, training or publishing industry.

  • Experience of global campaign planning and execution through multiple marketing channels with a strong focus on digital marketing methods.

  • Experience of writing effective benefits-led promotional copy, including interpreting of customer data to clearly demonstrate how to solve problems and add value.

  • Experience of leading or managing a team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally across geographical regions.

  • Strong analytical acumen.
