YOUR MISSION
Planning & Forecasting Support
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
- Consolidate inputs from business units and support alignment with Group targets.
- Help maintain risk and opportunity trackers and support scenario modelling.
- Contribute to mid-term cash flow planning and investment ROI tracking.
Reporting & Analysis
- Support monthly performance reviews and variance analysis.
- Assist in preparing presentations for forecast and result meetings.
- Help standardise reporting templates and improve consistency across business units.
- Collaborate with BI and data teams to enhance reporting automation and accuracy.
Strategic Modelling & Business Case Support
- Build and maintain financial models to assess the impact of market and operational changes.
- Support what-if analysis and business case reporting for capital and marketing investments.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure financial alignment with inventory and buy plans.
Group Reporting & Compliance
- Assist in coordinating submissions to Group Finance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Work with Financial Accounting to align management and legal entity views.
- Monitor published KPIs and dashboards to ensure effective tracking of financial targets.
- Recently graduated or early-career finance professional.
- Strong interest in FP&A and strategic finance.
- Intention to study towards CIMA / ACCA
- Highly analytical with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sports and lifestyle brands.
