We are excited to invite applications for the role of Finance Systems Team Lead within our Global Finance Systems department. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic team while working with cutting-edge technologies in the finance systems space.
Role Overview:
As a Finance Systems Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Finance Support Analysts. Your leadership will ensure that the team delivers high-quality support for systems like Elite 3e (Practice Management), Intapp Time Cloud (Time Recording), Emburse (Expense Recording), and Workday Adaptive Planning (Reporting). Your team will act as the first line of support for both operational and fee-earning users globally, providing solutions and driving system improvements.
This role also offers the chance to contribute to technical projects and help drive core system upgrades and strategic initiatives across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of analysts, providing expert guidance on system usage and performance.

Ensure the team provides exceptional service levels through effective management of support requests via multiple channels.

Oversee day-to-day operations and help ensure adherence to high service standards.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, training, and knowledge sharing within your team.

Manage the implementation of system upgrades and new functionalities, working closely with development teams and third-party providers.

Contribute to wider projects, providing analytical and technical support for the firm’s Finance Systems initiatives.

Key Requirements:
-
Experience: Experience managing or administering financial systems, particularly in legal or professional services environments. Experience with Elite 3e and a strong understanding of financial functions is highly desirable.

Skills: Expertise in SQL, advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas), and the ability to communicate technical issues effectively with both internal IT teams and external suppliers.

Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and guide teams, set clear performance goals, and support team members’ professional development.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Desirable:

Project management or business analysis experience.

Knowledge of Power BI or other OLAP tools.

Accounting qualifications or training.
