About the Team

The FP&A Team are responsible for delivering all Group-wide planning and reporting requirements and supporting the CFO in ensuring we deliver on the performance targets of TalkTalk Group.  

About the Role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering key processes with the Finance Manager expected to:

  • Establish and maintain accounting policies and controls relating to financial reporting

  • Prepare accurate financial reports including Board, ELT and investor level materials

  • Maintain accounting and financial records and reports

  • Ensure systems and models are accurate and reflective of the correct outputs

  • Ensure all reports and disclosures comply with applicable government regulations, professional standards and organisation policies

  • Operate all financial reporting and consolidation models

  • Lead on KPI and cash reporting and analysis

  • Challenge relevant stakeholders on financials and narrative to ensure thorough understanding and accuracy across all aspects of reporting

  • Prepare ad-hoc reporting requests and additional analysis to support on key areas of focus

About You 

  • You will be a qualified finance professional with a background in financial planning and forecasting

  • Experience of stakeholder management up to board and EXCO level 

  • Good financial modelling and data analysis skills

  • A strong communicator and collaborator 

  • Highly organised
