Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our Corporate Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in finance, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Finance Assistant will provide essential support to the Finance team, helping to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, works efficiently, and thrives in a collaborative setting.

Key accountabilities

  • Assist with day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain financial documents such as invoices, expense reports, and budgets.
  • Perform basic financial reconciliations and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Support the Finance team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Help prepare financial reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
Requirements

Essential

  1. Smart, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong ability to work efficiently.
  2. Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
  3. A proactive and adaptable attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  1. Experience or interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain.
  2. Prior exposure to finance or administrative roles (though not essential).
  3. Computer literacy and IT skills transferable to bookkeeping software
  4. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Benefits
  • £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience
