What you will do 

The Enterprise Growth Room Manager will lead Go to Market Initiatives (GTM) across UKI, working in a growth room environment with core members and facilitators from all Lines of Business (LOBs). You’ll collaborate with Growth Room leaders and BDMs to manage the identification, assessment, and tracking of new opportunities, as well as cross-sell initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing lead generation, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the execution of core processes within the growth rooms. You will also track opportunities and report through Salesforce, drive sales accountability, and support monthly updates to WAVE for review with Heads of Sales. Additionally, you’ll work with Marketing and Product teams on related initiatives.

How you will do it 

  • Manage lead generation and qualification for new projects across each initiative
  • Manage lead generation across existing service clients for cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage virtual Growth rooms and inputs from core members and facilitators from each LOB
  • Organize and facilitate meetings and interactions within each growth room
  • Own core processes and ensure execution within the growth rooms
  • Report through Salesforce and manage monthly WAVE reporting
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to provide relevant market materials for each initiative
  • Gather feedback and incorporate best practices for continuous improvement

What we look for 

Required 

  • Relevant industry experience in sales campaign management
  • Relevant project management experience
  • Ability to plan and execute
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (desirable)
  • Sound commercial acumen
  • Excellent writing and communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in working within Go to Market initiatives or growth rooms
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
