As part of the Escode Sales Operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our customer segmentation cube, its source data, and the related data management processes. This information will be used to support several strategic initiatives, so the accuracy, quality and timeliness of the information is of paramount importance. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, along with reporting software such a Tableau/Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

Escode’s Escrow Verification Services serve as a crucial quality control mechanism, confirming the completeness and usability of deposited code as stipulated in the escrow agreement. This verification process provides investors with the confidence that their investments are backed by high-quality, usable code, thereby minimizing the risk of financial loss due to software dependencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external data required for operating our current customer segmentation cube.
  • Own and maintain the D&B master data matching process, identify and resolve any data conflicts or quality issues prior to ingestion by other downstream systems 
  • Own and maintain any other manual data transformation processes required for the current cube, ensuring quality issues prior to ingestion by other downstream systems 
  • Develop and implement data quality control and processes both for data already residing in the cube and for new data coming in
  • Identify and manage data inconsistencies in source and transformed data, errors and outliers using established business rules
  • Create and monitor data quality metrics and report metrics to stakeholders 
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to data protection and privacy policies 

Functional and Technical skills:

  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel and data visualization software (preferably Tableau / Power BI) is essential 
  • A strong foundation in data management principles and data analysis
  • An understanding of the broader business use of the customer segmentation data
  • Excellent attention to detail in order to handle data with great precision 
  • An effective communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and convey insights clearly by translating data in actionable recommendations
