  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address and resolve payment inquiries
  • Take ownership of month-end tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor wallets and balances by utilising blockexplorers and internal data sources; collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure data alignment
  • Dig into transactions to find out the true nature of what is happening on-chain, to assist our accounting team with tracking token movements and revenue
  • Conduct research on the new blockchain protocols we onboard, preparing documentation to account for revenue and ensure clarity across teams
  • Take the lead on identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce inefficiencies and enhance accuracy
  • Collaborate and work well cross-functionally with our internal teams as needed

Who you are

  • Qualification in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Treasury, Accounting or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
  • Effective communicator who proactively seeks clarification to ensure work aligns with expectations
  • Track record of identifying process improvements or solving recurring issues to increase team efficiency
  • An individual who takes great care in their work and has strong attention to detail, ensuring their work addresses the core objectives and delivers clear results
  • A proactive candidate who can find ways to solve problems independently, while streamlining workflows, and improving processes
  • Meticulous and reliable: someone who takes great pride in the accuracy of their work and communicates transparently when issues arise
  • Someone who loves to learn and continuously seeks to improve their skills and performance
